and optimised using a customisable performance management system Understanding how to

Angelo Agresti is a principal of Asset Capability Management with over 25 years experience
managing multi-discipline teams, of professional, trade and nontrade individuals, in
engineering, maintenance and production support roles. His principle activity during the
past 15 years has been related to implementation of plant and maintenance productivity
improvement strategies. Angelo has written and presented more than 25 papers on the subjects
of maintenance and reliability management since 1995. Additionally he has been recognised
as an engaging and entertaining facilitator of conference sessions and workshops since 2000.
